POLICY

AYA Serene Post-Op Recovery Policy

 

RECOVERY

Your care is under the supervision of trained staff members; however, you are responsible for managing and taking your own medications. While we encourage and remind you to take your medications as prescribed, we are not liable for any misuse or abuse of medications. It remains your responsibility to ensure that your medications are taken as directed by your healthcare provider.

PAYMENT/DEPOSIT:

  • Non-refundable: Payments to secure your service are non-refundable.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service.

  • The full balance must be paid 2 weeks before your arrival. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in the loss of your reservation. If you need more time to make the payment, please notify us in advance.

  • Deposit Policy: Deposits are transferable but non-refundable


MEALS:

  • Meals are provided 3 times a day, with light snacks offered throughout the day. If you are sleeping or unable to eat when meals are served, your meal will be stored in the microwave for later.

  • We promote healthy eating, but if you do not like the food provided, you may order takeout at your own expense.

  • When multiple clients are staying, we cannot accommodate special lunch or dinner requests, so please inform staff of any preferences ahead of time.


CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Any changes to your accommodation must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival via email to secure your deposit for a future stay.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be used towards a future stay within 12 months of the initial booking.

  • Check-in: 3 PM

  • Checkout: 11:30 AM (Late checkout may be available upon request).


PAYMENT POLICY:

  • The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival.

  • We do not hold bookings for clearance from surgery; if you're not cleared at the time, we will work with you to reschedule.

  • All balances must be paid within 15 days, or your booking will be released.


CANCEL STAY REFUND POLICY:

  • No Refunds: If you cancel your reservation for any reason, no refund will be issued.

  • Deposit: Non-refundable but transferable to one date change for free. Any additional date changes will incur a $150 fee.

  • Any sales or paid-in-full reservations are non-refundable but may be credited for future use within 1 year.


CREDIT FOR FUTURE USE: Credits for future stays are valid for 12 months from the deposit date. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

NON-RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRAVEL MISHAPS: AYA Serene is not responsible for missed flights or travel mishaps. Refunds or date transfers will not be provided in such cases.

REFUNDS FOR SERVICES:Once services have started and you are checked in, no refunds will be issued. We will accommodate you as much as possible—please communicate with us in real-time.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE:If you decide to leave early, no refund will be provided.

NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED CHECK-IN DATE:If you fail to check in on your reserved date, no refund will be provided.

NO REFUNDS FOR USED GARMENTS OR SUPPLIES:There are no refunds for garments or supplies once used.

NO REFUNDS FOR HOSPITAL ADMISSION:If you are admitted to the hospital, your bed will remain reserved until you are discharged. No refund will be issued during this period.

BALANCES DUE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before your arrival. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of services, and no refunds will be provided.

DISPUTES:Any disputes regarding services or payments will be handled legally, as we have a dedicated business lawyer.
